Alamoth Lane

Alamoth Lane was an acoustic rock band active in the mid-2000s at The Ohio State University. Today, the band has morphed into a music-writing team based in Columbus, Ohio, working with upcoming, local artists like Brian Marcel, Fade To Blue, and Heather Pick.

They are most well-known for writing and performing the rock song “Carousels (Dreaming of Tomorrow)” for WBNS-TV’s 2007 Superbowl advertisement campaign. The song was also used in promotional campaigns at WTHR-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana, and at WHO-TV in Des Moines, Iowa. The unsigned artist song also received radio airplay on Top 40 Star 92.1 in Lima, Ohio.

In 2008, Alamoth Lane wrote and produced a more upbeat song, “Show The World”. It was used in WBNS-TV’s Buckeye Blitz and Fall Image campaign.
